A multi-channel integrated campaign targeting the markeing persona of Showpad. How to optimize the most important marketing channel: your sales team. I was the lead designer of the campaign concept and brand, the web UX/UI design, guidebook and digital promotional assets. The other supporting asset was a bespoke web app, on which I led the research, UX/UI design and user testing.

Challange: Provide feedback on elevator pitches for marketing managers in an engaging way. Engage sales reps to provide their own personalized pitch to see how aligned they are with the messaging provided by marketing.
Solution: We created a web app in collaboration with an AI agency, that marketing managers can use to get feedback on their elevator pitches. The elevator pitches are analyzed by AI technology, chatGTP running in the background and is scored by 5 main criteria. To make the feedback more engaging, we also introduced 4 AI personas to give more personalized feedback. Users can select in which style they would like to receive feedback. We also added a gamification feature to encourage sales reps to use the tool. This creates a healthy competition amongst sales teams and provides additional data for the marketing managers.
Results: We generated additional leads for our marketing campaign through this web app. Users also got a sense of what is the ultimate goal of using the Showpad software: get marketing and sales aligned.
